We start each client with a health and wellness assessment and discuss exercise background and fitness goals. After your consultation we design an individualized exercise program tailored to fit your needs and reach your goals. In the privacy of our boutique studio, we focus on you. During your session we take you through each exercise instructing proper form and technique. We want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident completing your workout.

Nutrition is 70% of getting into better shape. Part of training with the Underground Trainers is figuring out not only exactly what your body needs but also what it doesn’t need.
